🌸 How do I cancel my subscription? 

Cancel anytime—your subscription ends immediately, and you won’t be billed again. 💌 We’d love your feedback if you choose to cancel.

🍃 Will you help me find the right plant for me?

Yes! If you are a plant person, tell us your favorite genus, type, or style. We can’t guarantee every box, but we’ll do our best to keep it in mind. If you're not a plant person, just let us know a little about yourself and the environment and we'll assist you with finding your plant match.

✨ Can I request something special?

From rare plants to unique accessories, we can sometimes arrange one-time upgrades (with a small upcharge, confirmed with you first). Just email us to ask.

🚚 How quickly does my shipment arrive?

Most orders arrive within 3–5 business days via USPS Ground Advantage or Priority. Shipping times may vary depending on your location.

📦 What’s your shipping & return policy?

• Shipped Plants: If a plant arrives in poor condition, email a photo within 1 hour—we’ll refund or replace.
   
• In-Person Purchases: Final sale. 💚 But if your plant struggles, email us—we’ll help troubleshoot.
   
• Accessories: Return/exchange unused items within 30 days.
